Tackled ad-hoc and structural logistics challenges at the SCI department. Automated Excel-based processes using VBA macros, built efficient workflows and extracted insights from available data including BOM change analysis to identify unwarranted planning modifications. Developed deep understanding of machine-building logistics.
Also led the Supplier Portal & ERP Nexxt projects: onboarding suppliers onto the Tradeshift platform, managing ASN exchanges and quotes, and contributing to the large-scale ERP migration as part of key-user groups for logistics.
